Peruvian food not only tastes great, but also is great art! It always looks as good as it tastes, as shown on this platter of a sampling of popular dishes. This scrumptious "piqueo" platter is a delicious array of famous Peruvian specialties including ceviche, tiradito, causa and choclo. One of the reasons we love Peru, the food is amazing - and always amazingly fresh. This photo is available on mugs and cards and mouse pads, keychains, magnets, and pins as well as shopping bags. The "I Love Peruvian Food" can be easily changed to text of your own.

How to Make Potatoes Look like Dessert

Peruvian Causa card
Of all the fabulous potato dishes in Peru, one of the most popular is "Causa." Usually stuffed with chicken, or sometimes with crab, it's always a work of art. The orange "aji" on top is a very hot pepper. Delish!

Not having a truck does not slow this landscaper down. His lawn mower fits quite nicely on the back of his bicycle.

My first Zazzle sale - a post card from a beautiful photo that I took of a Mayan woman in Panajachel in Guatemala. The Mayan women are incredibly beautiful and talented. Their "traje" or traditional dress reveals which area they are from. I loved photographing the beauty of Guatemala - especially the women and their creations. Now that we're going to be living in Peru, I hope to find a whole new area of inspiration from within the wealth of history of that country.
